It is a nice Pg with good quality of food, and they are rapidly improving there services as well, as I started living in this Pg from its starting month and in the start there were sevral issues that happened, related to cleanliness, electricity and food but today I can say all issues are sorted. They are giving 95% power back up, good quality of food and alternative cleaning services. Also they provided water coolant, so we can get cold and hit water easily. They are providing you a common washing machine and refrigerator as well. Best part is that they are providing all these facilities with affordable price, and this place is connected to local and high class market as well. If you are looking for a PG in Noida sector-45, then I would highly recommend you for this.
I am living in OTO ROYAL TOWN Pg on rent in Noida, sector-45, the location where I am living is awesome. according to me OTO ROYAL TOWN is the best PG in Noida. They provide Bedroom equipped with individual bed, study table with chair and almirah with lock. Best part about location is sector-45 is one of the prominent sector of Noida. The biggest advantage to live here i.e Metro is near by you. You will get best places for shopping like Atta Market and some great malls, you can also go to GIP mall , DLF mall, logix mall.
